Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped. Weekend orders ship Monday.
We ship to all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package to your door. Contact us if anything looks off.
If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Double-check your shipping address before checking out. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Not feeling your purchase? No stress. You have 30 days to return most items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
We currently don't process direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
Received a defective item? Email support@cartzen.com with photos immediately. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
